The Story of My Passion
Starting young, I’ve combined love for animals with expert care to support their recovery and strength.
Ana Domecq Veterinary Physiotherapy was founded from a lifelong love for animals and a deep-seated desire to enhance their quality of life. Ana brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate touch to every patient.
I believe that every pet deserves to live a life free from pain and full of movement. Our practice is built on a foundation of evidence-based treatments, continuous learning, and a holistic approach to animal wellness.
Based in Gloucestershire, I visit stables and homes, bringing hands-on care directly to your animals-

My Journey
BSc (Hons) Equine Performance and Rehabilitation
I’m Ana – a lifelong rider who’s spent more time in the saddle than on the ground! My love for horses runs deep in the family: it all started with my great-grandfather who bred them, continued with my grandad, and has now been passed down to me. Horses have taught me the art of power, precision, and partnership. That lifelong passion led me to study BSc (Hons) Equine Performance and Rehabilitation at Hartpury University, and later qualify as a Veterinary Physiotherapist (PGDip) at the University of Nottingham.

But my love doesn’t stop at horses — I’m just as dedicated to helping our dogs and furry companions who fill our homes with joy move comfortably and live happily. Every treatment I offer is backed by science, delivered with care, and tailored to each individual animal.
I’m fully insured and registered with IRVAP, so you can rest easy knowing your animals are in professional hands.
